One of Carlton Ware's beautiful 19th Century Flow Blue & White Pierced Dishes in Carnation pattern, smothered in gilt, this time in an oval shape, measuring 10.5" long, 8" across and under 2.5" high. Flow Blue Crown backstamp, Registered no 309.45.
I have a pair of these lovely dishes, one perfect and one has a break in the reticulation where it has been reguled. Not noticeable for display.
Avery unusual trinket box and lid in a rare pattern, having only ever seen this pattern once before and never the shap, especially with the "Dog of Fo" finial! Unfortunately the box has a hairline crack and the gilt on the finial is rather worn, otherwise the box is in good condition. This pattern features difference flowers on a lace background, highlighted with cobalt blue and gilt corners, decorated with blue, white and gilt enamelled flowers. The box sits on four triangular shaped feet & measures 4" x 3" x 3.5" high. Gold W & R Crown mark, pattern no 2040.
Early Victorian Wiltshaw & Robinson (Carlton Ware) rare Flow Blue & Gilt, richly decorated reticulated dessert plate in the Iris pattern. This is a very beautiful flow blue plate, with the rich cobalt outer rim lavishly decorated in gilt and the flowers washed in the soft flow blue, the exotic gilt outlined Iris flowers and foliage on a mid green ground, shaded in gilt. Measures 9 1/4" diameter & bears the blue W & R Crown mark backstamp & Rd no 30945. Date c 1898.
unusual shaped early "imari" coloured Vase in Carlton Ware's Marguerite
pattern, one of their most colourful in their Victorian
patterns. Richly embellished in gilt, the bright red
flowers are on an ivory and blue ground, the freize at the neck and
base overlaid in a lace pattern with blue and white enamelled flower
tips.The whole vase, flowers and foliage are richly decorated and
outlined in gilt.

very unusual Carlton Ware blue and white cylindrical tall vase, showing
a very rare "Geneva" pattern! The pattern is repeated all
around the vase & also a frieze with a pattern of buildings and
swags is repeated around the base, reim and inside the vase
neck. A tall vase standing 10" high x 4.5" diameter with
the blue Crown backstamp.
One of Carlton Ware's beautiful early pierced dishes, this time oval in shape in the Carnation pattern. The flowers and foliage outlined in gilt and the ground has a slight pink blush to the outside edge. 10.5" x 8" x 2.5" high. Blue Crown backstamp with registration no 30945, making this dish circa 1899. Slight rubbing to the gilt edge & There is a minute firing mark on one pierce hole edge which does not go through to the other side & is mentioned for accuracy.

Carlton Ware early Sardine Dish in an unusual gilt outlined pink flower
pattern with blue and pink buds and foliage on a matt blush ground,. The dish has a heavily fluted border,
decorated in gilt and white enamelling. The lid has a gilt
"snail" finial attached with gilt branches. measuring 7" by 6" by 2
3/4" high. Minor rubbing to gilt and minute nibbles to
frilled edge of base.

design. 8 1/2" square, Rd No 344147, blue crown backstamp, pattern no
888. Slight rubbing to gilt rim.

Robinson Carlton Shallow Bowl in an unusual "violets" pattern,
delicately outlined in gilt. The blush ground deepens towards the
outside where the moulded pattern is also outlined in gilt.
Rubbing to the outside gilt edging, consistent with age.
Measurements are 12" long by 9 1/2" wide by 2" deep. Earliest Swallow
backstamp, Rd 224145, dating it c1890.
